Market Edge Agency ("we," "us," "our") respects your right to request deletion of personal information we have collected or accessed about you, including data accessed from Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) on behalf of our clients.

What you can request

You may request that we delete:

  • Personal information you submitted to us directly through our website or during business communications
  • Data we have accessed from Meta platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram, Meta Business Suite) under permissions granted by you or by a client acting on your behalf
  • Reports, exports, or analyses we have generated that contain your personal information

Some information may be retained where we are required to keep it for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes (for example, billing records).

How to submit a deletion request

Send an email to analytics@marketedgeagency.com with:

  • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  • The email address, business name, or Meta account associated with the data
  • A brief description of the data you want deleted (or simply "all my data")
  • Confirmation that you are the person whose data is being deleted, or that you are authorized to act on their behalf

What happens next

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 5 business days.
  • We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
  • We will process the deletion within 30 days of verification and confirm completion by email.
  • We will also revoke any active access tokens our app holds for Meta resources associated with you.

Revoking Meta app access yourself

You can revoke our app's access to your Meta data directly at any time:

  • Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites)
  • Find Market Edge Agency in the list
  • Click Remove

This stops us from accessing your data going forward. To also delete data we have already collected, please email us using the steps above.
